Open concept living space to cater to your family or for one. Make yourself comfortable just like home. (or slightly better :) Super close to the freeway, but without the noise. We are only one exit away from Idaho State University. Two minutes from a very nice restaurant. The Sand Piper. Two blocks from gas stations and fast food restaurants. Only 36 minutes to Lava Hot Springs. 2 1/2 hours to Yellowstone national park.

We enjoy traveling and many other outdoor activities. Mari is a Registered Nurse. I used to travel the country as a welder but now do Real Estate full time. House has been completely updated. It has a fresh open feel when you walk into the split entry home. Whether you are cooking in the fully stocked kitchen or hanging out in the upstairs living room you can all hang out do to the open concept. The Down stairs living area is set up with Wii, board games, Hulu, Showtime, Prime video and a desk to do any work if need be:(. There is also free laundry on site
