We're always glad to hear when our guest's expectations are exceeded. We look forward to seeing you again.
Our check-in with Rick was effortless as he was most helpful via welcoming and introducing the pristine, clean and lovely home to us. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen had all essentials (thank you!). The grounds were beyond beautiful, and the porch/patio afforded an ideal place to relax and soak in the bounty of nature. We hope to return soon and enjoy this amazing property. Our gratitude to you for making this property available for our family’s memorable and fun vacation in fabulous Vallecito.

Beautiful property. No complaints with overall experience but whom ever is managing the house needs to be much more involved. Rick wasn’t very informative at opening, no help with hot tub. That said, I give the experience 4 stars.

I am glad to hear that these guests were pleased with the overall experience in our Grimes Creek vacation home.
I’m not sure how much more involved I needed to be with these guests. I personally escorted them to the house, showed them around and answered any and all questions that they had. I came by every other day to pick up trash and, other than that they are on their own. I don’t like to bother guests or intrude on their vacation time.
My lifetime experience with hot tubs consists of sitting in one a few times in my life. I have never had to take care of one before managing this house. Basically, you push the button with the image of bubbles on it and you get in, how much simpler could it be?
