Welcome Home! This amazing vacation home is located just 3.5 miles from all Disney Themed Parks. The Compass Bay Community is the perfect place to stay. It is a new community with all the facilities that a true vacation rental can offer for a perfect stay in Orlando Florida. This townhouse is newly furnished, tastefully decorated and fully equipped for quality family time. Our townhouse is a clean/spacious home with a backyard in a safe gated community with an in-ground swimming pool. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. Only 7 minutes away from all Disney parks and 5 minutes drive to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping and family entertainment. We offer fast free Wifi and smart big screen TVs with Roku streaming services in every room. Bedrooms are set-up to be cozy with thick comforters, extra pillows and linens. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and serve meals. Dining room seats 6. Patio has a grill, an outdoor patio table that seats 6 and is ready for your next BBQ with a full tank of propane :)
