Marc and I love Delray and we want to share our beautiful town with others. Since we are so close to the water, we decorated the home with a modern coastal feel. We love to travel and spend time on our boat cruising the intracoastal and going fishing. Our days are filled with joy and craziness with our 3 miniature dachshunds (Shuggy, Plinko and Lola). We have been hosting short term rentals since 2018 and love it! This is our our personal home we rent out during season. We are excited to share it this year. We just completed an outside renovation on the property that truly has transformed it into a backyard oasis. We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

This home is situated in a quiet established residential area. When we walked outside the sliding door, we knew we just had to buy it. The sense of tranquility and peacefulness overcame us. We have spent many fun days in this house and now want others to experience the joy it brings. The beach breezes can be felt outsie. We are one mile away from the ocean, but beach access is 2 1/2 miles from the property. The outside if this property really does give you a sense of true tranquility!

What makes this property unique

Our home is unique because of its big and beautiful backyard (1/4 acre). Everything you will want to have in this yard is there. It has a putting green, gazebo, bar, fire table, screened in patio, hammock, dart board, cornhole, comfortable seating for lounging and dining, saltwater pool, spa, shade, sun. ..... The list goes on and on. We doubt you will find a nicer outside area. A bike ride or short car ride to the beach and bustling famous Atlantic Ave. Delray was voted the "funnest" small town in America and Best Beach 3 years in a row. There is so much to do. 5 minutes from home pretty much gets you to wherever you want to go in East Delray.
