Our property sleeps up to 23 people, 7 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Friday - Friday weekly rental during prime season(July & August), 3 night minimum during offseason, in-ground pool, close to beach (1/2 mile/6 min walk), beach equipment provided (6 beach chairs, toys, pull cart, umbrella, etc.), 12 beach badges, outdoor shower, 2 living room areas, dining room, linens & bath towels provided, 1 grill, 2nd refrigerator/freezer in garage, fully stocked gourmet kitchen w/ double oven & much more! Inquire with any questions. Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

Great for a family vacation

Prpperty was exactly as advertised. IT was perfect for our family. Bedrooms are on the second and third floor which ensures quite when the kids are up and playing downstairs. It's a nice quite neighborhood a short drive from whatever you might need. Beach is close and you can either walk or drive. There is plenty of street parking. We had a great time and the owner was always quick to reply to any questions we had. Highly recommend it.

Great memories

House was spacious, more bathrooms would be helpful. We enjoyed the property and especially the pool. Kitchen was well equipped and everything was in good condition and clean. A great place for a gathering of 3 generations.

The Perfect Family Vacation

We cannot express how much we all enjoyed our stay. Brianna's house held all 18 of us perfectly. Even with the 18 people, we had plenty of room. Having two living rooms was such a plus and the walk to the beach gave us our morning exercise (not even 10 minutes lol). The place was clean and had everything you could think of, from highchairs to beach chairs to cribs. The pool was great for all the grandkids and helped keep them busy a good amount of the time. The vacation was perfect. Thank you again and looking forward to our stay next year.
