I have lived with my family in the valley for 20 years. We recently moved from North Conway to Center Conway to be away from traffic and enjoy being close to Conway Lake, Saco River and closer to day trips to Portland, ME which is only about an hour to get to the ocean. And still we are close tonNorth Conway. It is about the same distance to town as it was from our North Conway location, just about a 10 minute scenic drive.
Why they chose this property
Very comfortable family home with all the amenities. Open concept and outside living, a hot tub and very comfortable beds. The mattresses are all memory foam for a good night sleep. We have a media room over the 3 car garage for kids, teens or anyone needing privacy. There is a whole house water filtration system and an RO under there sink for excellent tap water.
