About this property

When you arrive you will notice large circle driveway with ample room to park. Inside you will find a 2000sq foot home that is secluded and private. House is completely updated with a private courtyard to relax and enjoy the florida sunshine. New screened in patio enclosure with large hot tub in backyard. New basketball hoop , ping pong table, cornhole and foosball to occupy some of your time. All tvs are brand new and are matching samsung smart tvs. In the evening enjoy the privacy of the courtyard and relax by either the fire pit or the large outdoor heater. We are located within a block of the pinellas trail and surrounded by the gulf beaches. Take a short 5 minute drive to enjoy the gulf of mexico beaches.

Great location not far off the beach

Great location with all the amenities you would want, but a much better value since your not right on the beach. Short, easy drive to the beach without being stuck on the busy strip. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great vacation!

Great location close to the beach at an affordable rate! Owner and manager communicated very well about a couple of minor issues. There was some normal wear and tear for a short term rental although to get too bent out of shape about, would definitely stay here again 👍🏻

Great place to stay

My friends and I loved staying here. The place was fully stocked with beach towels, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. They had everything we needed. We enjoyed the patio with the grill and ping pong table. Watching sports while hanging in the hot tub was also a highlight! The tv and huge couch in the living room were very nice as well. Location was close to stores and a short drive to Madeira Beach and restaurants. If we visit this area again, we will definitely book this place.

Great beach house with a lot of amenities

This house was amazing. The location was perfect as you were close to everything. The beach being right down the road for the daytime and family things to do. And if you wanted to go out for the night St Pete is close as well. The house was very clean and stocked with so many things. Had so many things to do at the house as well. Games out side and a big hot tub to relax. I took my family there with their significant others and we had an amazing time. Would definitely stay here again.
