Oriented, East, South, West, our 70 m2 crossing apartment is on the second floor of a house without elevator in the old Italian quarter. In the heart of Avignon, next to the famous Place des Carmes and all the museums, theaters and restaurants, it was renovated in 2023. At the same time design and modern, calm and elegant, you will be able to relax there in all quietness.
A very large and luminous living room with its dining box for several people, receiving the rising sun, a kitchen with all the necessary elements (fan oven, induction hob, freezer, refrigerator, microwave, several kinds of coffee makers, kettle, complete kitchenware), fixed sofa and armchair, office corner. You will find a TV, a stereo with Bluethoot and CDs, a small desk. In the library, books of different categories for rest.
A first room with a double bed of 160 and many arrangements. A second room with a very large dedicated work space, including a computer screen for your laptop, a 140 cm bed, shelving.
The washing machine and a hair dryer are in the bathroom, the ironing equipment in the storage room.
No air conditioning, but a powerful fan in each room, equipped with a remote control.
