7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City's beautiful East Bay this condo is right on the water! Enjoy beautiful views of the bay from the living room, bedroom and private front patio. Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of private sandy beach frontage or rent a kayak, jet skis, or paddle board. Unfortunatelyyou do not have access to the Beach Club poor pr chairs. I will provide chairs and beach towels upon request.
