Looking for a more permanent stay? If you're a digital nomad, college student, or new resident of Nashville, our monthly pricing for extended stays starts at $2,200/month. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for stays over 6 months.
