About this property

You'll love this beautiful, updated, large home. This corporate home (30 day min) has steps leading to the living space which is all one story. The Owner's Suite offers an additional sitting area and a full bath with both a standing shower and garden tub. The 4th bedroom has a sofa, a queen futon, desk, a PS 3 & Smart TV. The living room is large and comfy. We have an eat-in kitchen and a formal dining area. Included are all the comforts of home: Kitchen appliances: gas stove, Washer/Dryer, iron, ironing board, kitchen utensils, dishes, cups and glasses. Pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

Skip one mile over to Elm Hill Marina on Percy Priest Lake where you can join the Nashville Boat Club, rent a boat or have a burger at Shipwreck Cove. There is also live music on weekends. About two miles away is Stones River Greenway where you can walk the trail, fish or visit the dog park.

We're located 3.4 miles from the airport and 10 miles from downtown Nashville. Nashville Shores Water Park is 3.4 miles away (no highway driving) and Opry Mills Mall is 8.5 miles away. Grocery store, Mexican Restaurant, Chinese Take-out, Dollar General, Liquor store, Subway, Pizza, Gas, Crossfit all 2 miles away.

This property books back to back with no more than a week vacancy between stays. Guests usually book close to the available date. Some guests stay for a year. Due to this and the 30 day minimum, we cannot book further out than 2 weeks after the next available date. We appreciate your understanding. Great house

We enjoyed our stay in the house. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cook ware. The house is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to the highway. I would recommend anyone to rent from Aly she was very friendly and helpful.

Pleasant Business

We traveled to Tennessee for a long term business stay. Our first meeting with the owners was pleasant. We had an issue with a coffee maker and they made it right immediately, even though it was late at night. Their house was very spacious. We liked having multiple rooms with TV's for everyone to enjoy their own time and space. The property was located very close to a large lake and Marina. The property had a nice outdoor space. We enjoyed our time at the house and appreciated the hospitable owners.
