To confirm any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay must be sent.
The balance will be requested on the day of your arrival, as well as a deposit check for the amount of the rental which will be returned to you after inventory within 15 days of the end of the rental.
The apartment is available from Saturday 2pm on the day of your arrival to Saturday 10am on the day of departure and must be returned in the initial state of cleanliness.
