Our stay at the beach house was amazing! It’s located in a secluded area and there was no one around to bother us. The property is very spacious, everything we needed was provided and we were able to get good nights sleep.
It wasn't quite as clean as it should have been. Cobwebbs, debris under beds, cigerette butts in porch trays. I had to pay a lot for cleaning, hope the people after me have cleaned place. The home is quaint and beautiful. We loved staying there
My family had a great weekend at this location. Gladys is a great owner and communicated with me throughout the rental process. The location was perfect to the events we attended. The neighborhood was quite and nice. I would recommend this house to anyone who asks us. Definitely a location we will plan to stay again.
This was perfect for what we needed. My son had a taekwondo tournament this weekend, and it was close to the venue. The pictures of the house matched to what we saw. The house was clean. The kids love The upstairs. We had a great experience and will be staying there again if we are in the area.
celebrating my wife's 78th birthday with a week of relaxation and a little fishing and sightseeing. The host as excellent and even had a birthday balloon and flowers a very nice touch. The house has everything provided just bring you cloths and enjoy this beautiful home. Overall a successful week. Thanks to the host for a memorable visit.
This house is amazing. This is probably the best VRBO we have stayed in as far as the check in, the way the house was organized, the location, and the parking/storage for our boat. Minutes from HEB and minutes from the boat launch. On our first day in the weather didn't cooperate but we called the host and she was kind enough to let us check in early and wait out the rain. Great people!!!!!

Everything was great, my family is already planning another trip this year to stay there. The only small downside was the AC. It worked but since the house was older, it didn't hold 100%. This is also during the summer so I'm sure that also creates extra work during for the unit. I ABSOLUTELY loved the book nook
I was pumped to stay here, at first kids thought I had lost my mind. But it took a very short amount of time for them to love it. Plenty of room, we Cooked breakfast and played games when beach time fell through. Beds were comfortable. Just be warned if you are tall watch your head! We had a few very comical bumps.
Cute historic home with interesting antique touches. Nice roomy place for us to get together and play some late night family games at the dining table. Great deck area to be used during cooler times of the year. Neighborhood not so cute and a little concerning with feeling neighbor watching us. Only one shower handheld sprayer in the two full baths as upstairs only has bathtub capability. Jack and Jill style bathroom where shower is available but it has separate toilets for each bedroom area.If you want seafood be sure to try Paradise Key in Rockport - it was amazing!

Beautiful home, we loved and appreciated how it was updated and preserved. The house definitely stands out from the other homes, as it looks like it belongs on a beachfront.
Pros: House is well organized with labels making it easy to find needed items. The host was amazing and easy to reach.
Cons: Yard could use a little maintenance, tidier cleaning (strands of hair, cobwebs on chandler, a game ball was found under sofa).
Thank you for letting us stay and again your home is beautiful.
Simple, with everything you need, but not a great place for seniors. Clawfoot tub shower not easy, stairs to 2nd level extremely steep. Dusty stairs & other areas. No bugs. Basically clean. Responsive host & easy checkin. Suggest small table by pedestal sink in main bath to lay toiletries on. Thank you!
We loved this place. Room for 8 to sleep comfortably. Port Aransas is a quiet town centrally located for Port A, Corpus Christi and Rockport access. The owners quickly answered a concern we had the first day which turned out to be nothing. We cooked everyday and had everything we needed to get that accomplished. My only suggestion would be another shower upstairs. Six adults trying to shower in one place made it difficult but we worked it out. It’s well worth what you pay. Would stay again if I was in this area.
The accommodations far exceeded my expectations. The host went above and beyond.
This property was clean, warm and provided everything as promised. Our stay was very enjoyable. The host always responded quickly with any questions I had. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone. I hope my family and I have the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home again
Wonderful old house in Aransas Pass. My daughter loved the upstairs room. Great kitchen and the wrap around porch was great in the morning and evening.
Home was great and very close to where we needed to go! Host was very nice and friendly. We enjoyed staying at the house very much!
