Carlos Pointe #333 - Private beachfront condo

Lovely 2 bed / 2 bath beach front condo located at the southern end of Estero Island (Fort Myers Beach). This spacious condo features a modern kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinetry. In the kitchen is also your own washer and dryer as well.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a shower/tub combo while the spare bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk-in shower in the guest bathroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing a total of 6 guests to stay in this unit. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

This condo also has a private screened in porch directly facing the Gulf of Mexico, perfect for watching beautiful Florida sunrises and sunsets!

Carlos Pointe is a very well loved location due to it's southernly location, giving a more quiet vibe for guests. Carlos Pointe Condominiums have a large communal pool, beach volleyball and a communal recreation room all available to guests.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival.

Peace & Quiet on the Beach

Had a good time in sunny Fort Myers! Condo was clean & the perfect size for me & the hubby. Loved the screened in lanai for relaxing & watching all the boat action on the water on those days we needed a break from the sun! Little bit of a hike to the water but the lack of people out there was well worth it. Nothing like the crowds on the north end. Bed was comfy & plenty of towels. 2nd elevator wasn’t working so the stairs got old after awhile but we lived🤣 Very quiet place to stay if you’re not into crowds. Also loved morning walks on Lover’s Key beach just over the bridge. Eating places aren’t within walking distance but did find some decent places about a mile or so north. Definitely need a car for that kind of stuff because we waited for a trolley at the stop across the street but it flew right by us. Not quite sure what the reason was on that. All in all a very clea, quiet place to stay 👍🏻 Would recommend!

Actually the pictures don’t do justice to the view of the wide and clean beach. Condo was comfortable and clean.

Great stay

The pros: We love this location on the south end of FMB. We can be on Rt 41 Bonita Springs in 15 minutes and the north side of FMB (depending on traffic) even quicker. There are lots of restaurants on the island and many more in Bonita, as well as great shopping. The unit was perfect for the 2 of us and it was spotlessly clean. The kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of towels.. Parking was always available Cons: The lighting in the bathrooms was inadequate. One of the building's elevators was out of order for a few days, but that was only a minor annoyance. The chairs at the pool were grabbed early, and some sat with towels on them unoccupied most of the day. More pool chairs are needed for this size building. We had an issue with the shower in the Master bathroom, but the property management was very responsive and took care of it quickly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet area

The condo was perfect. Had all the amenities. Said it had DVD player. It did but did not work. That’s super minute because there’s many other things to do on the island. Dolphin watching was awesome. The beach is a distant from behind the condo, but very private compared to down by the pier. I recommend this condo 100%
