All Naples Beaches are open. Beach cooler, towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and beach cart provided. Pool and Spa are on roof top offering beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf! There are several restaurants within short distance of residence - Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton are being renovated from hurricane IAN. Buzz's Lighthouse is Open. On maps you can review close by restaurants as there are many a short distance away. Grocery stores, Publix, Trader Joe's, Seed to Table and Whole Foods all minutes from residence. This is a gem in Naples. Other things to note
Naples is a growing vibrant community that is a very desired paradise oasis. With that there is always growth and building going on.

There is a new complex being built, Ritz Carlton Residences, in this area of Vanderbilt Beach. The county and builder are installing a new sea wall across the street. Roads are paved and new sidewalks and landscaping is in place. Work in the area is done M-F 8-5pm. No construction is being done on this property. Street is open to local traffic so access is not an issue.
There maybe some construction noise during the day on week days and moving of construction equipment on the surrounding roadway but it just depends on what they are working on the time frame someone stays here as to what is being worked on but there is no construction directly on this property.
