Just two blocks from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, Limearita is a 6-bedroom, 4-bath family-friendly beach house. Sleeps up to 16 comfortably, with a private pool (heating optional), fast Wi-Fi, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. Dogs are welcome with prior approval.

・83° = $75.00 per night
・88° = $100.00 per night
(These are the settings for water exiting the pool heater; actual temperature may vary with weather conditions)
・Pool umbrellas provided; keep down & secured when not in use
・No glass allowed in pool area; swim at your own risk; children must be supervised
Dog Policy:
・One approved dog, ≤30 lbs; breed restrictions apply so inquire first
・Pet fee of $120
・Must be crated if left alone
・Not permitted on furniture, in pool, no left unattended backyard or balcony
・Guests must clean up all waste and walk dogs away
・Note: County permit required to take dogs on the beach

When we first saw LIMEARITA, we knew it would be fun to provide a genuine beach house for people to enjoy and create new vacation memories! The private heated pool lets families stay close and enjoy each other's company while being just two blocks from the beach while also allowing all to enjoy the sugar sands and gulf waters.
We are constantly making changes, upgrading, and adding items. It is the kind of home that will likely never be complete!
