Beautiful farmhouse converted into 2 cottages located in a village near Dieppe (5 min) with access to the green avenue, the forest and other remarkable sites.

A 70m2 cottage for 4 people.
The Chamotte cottage (70m2) is on two levels.
On the ground floor a living room with sofa bed, TV DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen area (stove with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary equipment...), a shower room, sink, toilet...
Upstairs: bedroom 1: bed 140x190
Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90, landing
WIFI
A courtyard and a garden will allow you to enjoy sunny days (garden furniture, barbecue)

Weekly rental, possibility weekend and mid-week, minimum 2 nights.

Très chouette maison pour une location courte durée.

L'annonce ne précise pas que le jardin est partagé et que la longère est en fait composée de trois logements dont deux gîtes. Nous n'avons pas été gênés par les autres personnes lors de nos apéros au jardin mais il me semble important de le preciser
