Located just 1 mile from the Parkway, this beautifully appointed condo offers easy access to the excitement of Pigeon Forge and is less than 15 minutes from Dollywood. With two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a covered patio, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an ideal spot for creating winter memories together.

The property features a range of amenities that enhance your stay. Enjoy the community hot tub under the stars, or soak in the indoor pool and hot tub year-round. The outdoor pool and lazy river are closed for the season and will reopen in summer 2026.

Getting Around:
Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
