Long Term Living:
Looking for a comfortable, furnished home in Pigeon Forge for an extended stay? We've got you covered. A refundable security deposit of $500 is charged separately before check-in for any reservations between 30 days and 6 months, and a deposit of $1,000 for reservations over 6 months.

Guest Access:
You will have full access to the condo and private patio deck. You will have shared access to the pools and hot tubs!

Getting Around:
Please watch for wildlife on your way to our home. For the area, we recommend having an AWD vehicle during the winter months. However, getting from our home to the tourist sites in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg is fairly easy as these routes are on main roads. Please note, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds should vehicles not be able to access the home.
