Newly decorated and upgraded condo with 3br/3ba and full kitchen nestled along the Little Pigeon River. There is generous covered parking for two vehicles, or walk the short distance to the trolly to enjoy the best attractions and restaurants in the area. We are within 2 miles of Dollywood and Splash Country, and 6 miles to Gatlinburg. Our unit is located on the second floor near stairs and elevator for easy access. Hygienically detailed.

We loved our stay!

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge! The layout was great for our family of 5 and it was close to all the attractions. The river view was so peaceful and we really appreciated all of the amenities! My favorite were the scented bath-bombs for the tub and all of the assorted teas and creamers. Thank you for a great stay!!

Plenty of room-Great view

We enjoyed the stay. There is plenty of room for a larger group. We enjoyed feeding the ducks and geese from the large balcony. A branch of the Little Pigeon River was right below us. It was wonderful to listen to. The condo has updated furnishings. The kitchen was nicely outfitted. It was great to have seasonings and some coffee available. It was very clean. The owners were easily accessible and checked in with us to make sure everything was acceptable. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge and being at the south end is 15-20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg.

Girls (and 1 guy) trip

When we first arrived we had trouble getting into the door with our code. I messaged the owner and he very promptly called me back. It most definitely may have been operator error but either way, we enjoyed our stay. It definitely looks bigger on the inside. We loved the river. We didnt love the ducks and geese thay didn't believe in bedtime. The property was very clean and exactly as described.

TOTALLY AWESOME Place to stay!!

The owners were so great to work with and the condo was VERY clean and an AWESOME place to stay at. We've stayed there twice and look forward to staying in the future.
