This Condominium is brand new. Next to supermarket, numerous restaurants including one of the best seafood restaurants in town next to banks, pizzeria. Is bright spotlessly clean. Modern decor, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sofa bed a spacious living room and dinning room, lanai you can walk to supermarket and restaurants. car garage. A fabulous pool where you can cool off after a busy day. Amenities include coffee maker and Kurig, washer and dryer shampoo toothpaste soap, beach chairs umbrellas beach towels anything and everything you can think the condo has it.

Nice Getaway - Sherri in Michigan

For a first timer renting a condo this was a very nice place and area to stay. Not far from Sanibel and Captiva island along with Fort Myers beach. Ice cream, places to eat, and Publix grocery store very close by. The condo was just as it looked from pictures on VRBO. We were quite happy! Appliances all worked great. Beach chairs, umbrella, and coolers were helpful for the beaches we visited. Our host was polite, nice, and answered our questions in a timely matter. Would stay there again!

Great Place!

The condo was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice location too, we appreciated the communication with the host. We had never been to the Fort Meyers/Cape Coral area and very much enjoyed our stay here.

New Condo/Perfect Location

New, clean, roomy condo with everything we needed and then some. Safe, good location, pool and garage. It was perfect for our family of 4! Host was excellent and responsive!

Cape Coral Snowbird Getaway

This was a newer and clean property with good proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. The furniture was comfortable and the property manager provided new linens/towels for our enjoyment. The unheated pool was clean, but unusable in cooler months. Overall a great value for a two bedroom condo in Southwest Florida! We enjoyed our stay!
