Come and truly enjoy what Florida living is all about. Great location. Located just minutes from Sanibel and great beaches, lots of Restaurants and Sanibel Outlet shopping mall. This newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo is a pleasure to stay. Full kitchen and living area very well equipped with everything you need. Master bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has 2 twin beds. We provide beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, 2 bikes, fishing rods ,cooler and beach toys. We also provide dishwasher detergent, soap, shampoo and condition Complimentary American coffee and cream.
Quiet complex. With only a few steps through the garden you will reach the fenced community pool. Very clean and well mantained.

Home away from home

It was the perfect spot! Near my family and all the beaches!! The pool is A+ and I love the screened in porch!! So beautifully decorated and clean! We can't wait to stay again!!!

FMB REHAB PROJECT

The location was perfect for us as we are in the process of putting our home back together from IAN. Less than 10 minutes away and convenient to all of our favorite restaurants etc. We would stay there again soon!

Perfect location

What an excellent place for a family of four. Pedro was excellent in communications with us and the condo is perfect. It’s a beautiful little two bedroom condo, one room has two singles and the other room is a queen. Kitchen and laundry are also well equipped. Pedro also leaves all the equipment you need for full days at the beach!

Very clean !

Inside of the condo was very clean . The location couldn’t be beat for the price . The street the condo is located is a mixture of rentals and personal residential homes. The outside still has some minor damage likely from hurricane we traveled to FMB and sanibel island - just minutes away from each bridge .

The pictures and description are 100% accurate. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We wanted to be close to Sanibel. Pedro is an excellent host & is quick to respond. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect property for the right price

This property was a excellent price, it was super clean and had everything we needed plus a pool. There is still a lot of construction and cleanup being done in this area from the hurricane.

Fort Meyers Get-away

The place was in great condition and close to many local sites. I completely forgot Hurricane Ian hit this area back in Fall of 2022. Still lots of rebuilding going on but it did not hinder my time down there. Pedro was a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Would definitely stay here again.

Joyfilled home

Ibis and Pedro are gracious and welcoming hosts. Very helpful and kind. Their home is filled with joyful touches. The kitchen is excellent, all the essential and more to really be able to cook good meals wile on vacation too. Cheerful beach spirit in decorations.

Unit #10 is a demonstration of the very best in guest accommodation. The unit is immaculate, beautifully upgraded, and comes with a thoughtful abundance of amenities. It was a surprising highlight of our visit to the area. Observations: We could not successfully operate the TV in the main living area. Printed instructions will be helpful. Also, a manual can opener was missing.

Exceptional Condo

Our stay at Pedro’s property exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and so stylishly decorated with a cute “flip flops” and beach theme. There were so many amenities with everything that you could possibly need, such as condiments, water, beach towels, cooler, chairs and 2 bicycles. I especially liked the delicious coffee. There was a washer and dryer available with plenty of detergent and softener. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very well stocked. The parking was free and there was always somewhere to park. The neighborhood is quiet but friendly. I especially appreciated communicating with Pedro as he was always accessible. I definitely will book this property again when I return to Ft. Myers.

Family Beach Vacation

Great location close to Sanibel Island. Grandsons and everyone loved the pool. Nice quiet location. Kitchen supplies were good. Beds comfy. Lots of nice extras like fishing poles, beach towels, sunscreen, beach toys (etc). Would book again.

Perfect for our trip

The place and pool were really clean. The amenities were plentiful. (laundry soap, shower goodies, coffee etc) and it had a pack-n-play for the little one to sleep. While there isn’t much going on within walking distance, the beaches, malls, restaurants and playgrounds are all within 10-30 mins. We unfortunately needed to visit the children’s hospital at 2am which was within a short 11 min drive. The trip was wonderful and we’re very happy with our stay at this place.

Property was as described. Clean. Kitchen well-stocked with dishes. Quiet location, away from crowds. 5-10 minutes from stores we utilized. Bowditch Beach 10-15 minutes with traffic. We went to Sanibel a few days, and that trip varied from 30-60 minutes. Host communicated quickly in response to questions.

The condo had all we needed and more. We loved the handcart, the beach chairs and the beach umbrella! Communication with Pedro was nice and easy. Should we ever go to the Ft. Myers area again we would not hesitate to book this condo once more.
