This architect-designed home is located on the hilltop of Fronsac, surrounded by vineyards, offering a splendid view of the Isle Valley as well as breathtaking views of Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Libourne, and Fronsac.<br>Just 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion, 40 minutes from Bordeaux, 1 hour and 30 minutes from the beaches of Arcachon, Cap Ferret, and the Dune du Pilat, and right on the edge of the Dordogne region.<br>The villa is situated on a 3,800 m² property where you can enjoy the terrace, the flower-filled garden, the basketball or football court, relax on lounge chairs around the heated pool, stroll beneath the wisteria, or take a refreshing dip in the pool.<br>The villa also offers other activities for young and old alike, including foosball, ping-pong, pétanque, badminton, darts, football, and basketball. You’ll also enjoy the many cultural, sporting, culinary, and wine-tasting activities available nearby. Hiking trails starting just a few metres from the villa offer beautiful walks through the vineyards. <br>You’ll have access to on-site private parking, Wi-Fi, and many other amenities.

une escroquerie !

L'hôte nous demande confirmation de notre heure d'arrivée deux semaines avant le séjour. Ce que nous avons fait. Pendant le trajet, nous avons envoyé un message avec l'heure précise de notre arrivée. Personne n'était là pour nous accueillir. Nous avons donc contacter le propriétaire qui n'était pas joignable. trois minutes après la réservation était annulée. Il a fallu insister de nombreuses fois avant qu'il daigne nous répondre. Il nous a dit que la maison était réservée deux fois et que la faute incombait uniquement à Abritel. Aucune proposition de relogement ne nous a été faite et nous nous sommes retrouvés le dimanche soir après neuf heure de route, sans hébergement. Bref incompréhensible et lamentable! Le fait de proposer ce genre d'hôte sur votre site a rompu notre confiance.

Bonjour Vous faites erreur. Votre réservation n était prise en compte. Il y a eu un surbooking de la part des plateformes de réservation, chose que j ai signalé à abritel qui n a pas vu l erreur. Nous n avons pas eu de contact les jours qui précèdent votre arrivée. J ai donc conclu que vous étiez au courant. Nous n avons pas eu de contact les derniers jours avant votre arrivée pour fixer un rendez vous d arrivée. Vous auriez du aussi vous inquiétez. Je n ai jamais reçu d acompte de réservation. Malgré cela, contrairement à ce que vous dites, vous m avez eu au téléphone le soir de votre arriéve et je vous ai donné les informations d Abritel. Je comprends votre réaction mais je ne suis pas responsable de cela et j ai essayé de vous aider contrairement à vos dires. J ai déja eu beaucoup de réservation via d autres plateformes de réservation et je n ai jamais eu de problème. je ne suis pas un escro les vacanciers sont très bien chouchoutés lors de leur séjour. bonne journée
