Renter Beware……
Property rule, no smoking or pets. Outside we had to pick up their cigarette butts and dog poo.
Inside, despite a hefty cleaning fee, we had to was every dish and all flatware.
My granddaughter kept asking why her bare feet stuck to the floor.
Opaque spider webs were in all the windows. Spider’s would drop from the ceiling, crawl across the floors and walls. Wolf spiders were my least favorite.
You couldn’t put your luggage under the bed due to mouse droppings.
These pests are easily controlled in a clean environment.
The back porch was covered with dirt and sand.
One pillow case was in shreds but the rest of the bed linens were in good order and there were extra’s. All blanket’s and bed
spread’s had holes and or tears.
There are 4 bathrooms. All toilets and sinks work. For clarity, there are only 2 working shower’s.
Was definitely the dirtiest place we’ve ever rented.
The management company asked me why I didn’t call them. We were on vacation! I was led to believe the rental was throughly inspected and cleaned.
Yes, we enjoyed our time exploring all our favorite places!
First time we have been surprised by such a disparity between rental description and reality.
