Welcome to our newly constructed sanctuary, nestled on a 3-acre wooded lot along Torch Lake's pristine shore. This exclusive retreat boasts 170 feet of private sugar-sand beach with Caribbean-blue waters, and large windows framing gorgeous sunrises over the lake — with a short stroll to Lake Michigan for sunsets on the other side.

The home sleeps 12 across 4 bedrooms, including two master suites, with a gourmet kitchen, cozy gas fireplace, and a fun-filled game room (billiards, table tennis, shuffleboard, and dozens of classic games). Perfect for digital nomads, it offers 1 gigabit internet and two dedicated office spaces.

Every stay includes a bottle of Chateau Chantal sparkling wine, complimentary gym access, and VIP concierge services available on request.

Horse Shows on the Bay is just 8 minutes away, with downtown Traverse City about 20 minutes from the door, and Torch Lake Township Boat Ramp less than a mile away.

We loved our stay at Sunrise Sands Retreat! The view was beautiful. The home was very nicely designed and decorated, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and promptly answered any questions we had. I will recommend this property to friends and stay here again!

My family and I could not be happier with this stay. Check-in was smooth and easy. This place is GORGEOUS!! The location is perfect! We loved the peace and quiet and privacy this rental offered. The private beach was perfect for lounging by the lake and floating on a tube. The kayak and paddle boards were wonderful. We used them every day. The house included EVERYTHING you would ever need. We cooked meals every night and there wasn't anything the kitchen lacked. My family enjoyed putting together a puzzle and playing one of the many games that were offered in the evenings. The view was breathtaking. There was a market down the road and we were close enough to Traverse City if we wanted anymore entertainment. The hosts responded quickly when we had an issue with the lock and someone came by to help within 30 minutes. I recommend 100% and will definitely be coming back.
