About this property

Beautiful, brand new two story 4 bedroom 2600 Sq ft (260 m2) house is located just 3 minutes from the sandy calm Pacific Ocean. You will enter the house into a comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, one of the bedrooms has bunkbeds and TV for your younger ages and a shared bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with side by side fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, ice tea maker, coffee maker (our own organic roasted Costa Rican coffee from our coffee farm is included) and much more. On the second floor has a large master bedroom with king size bed, shower and bathtub and balcony overlooking the backyard. A second bedroom offers a queen size bed and separate shower. Full laundry facilities and garage is included. Outside you will find a inground pool, covered ranchito that seats 6 and a BBQ for those of you that would prefer to cook while lounging around the pool. A/C and fans are throughout the house.

60th birthday celebration

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Isla Potrero. Owners Larry and Carlos answered all our questions and had great restaurant recommendations. The pool and outdoor area gave us a great place to gather in the morning and evening and whenever we weren’t going exploring. Close walk to beach and restaurants but get a good golf cart/car if you want to go farther afield. Shower water pressure was a little low but the owners are aware and going to have that rectified. Overall an incredible home in a great location. Thank you for helping to make my 60th birthday one I will never forget. Pura Vida.

Very relaxing enjoyable property.

Everything was excellent any questions Larry answered immediately. Property was well cared for. Area offers what ever you need. Beach was nice. Felt safe in Potrero. Loved of our stay will be going back.

Fabulous

This house is amazing. Within walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Quick walk to the beach and beautiful sunsets. The pool was a great asset as it gets pretty warm in Costa Rica. Larry also supplied us with his coffee which was absolutely delicious. Every time we needed something Larry was very prompt in contacting us. He ensured our stay in his home was comfortable. The neighborhood was very safe. The home is well stocked with whatever we needed. Would not hesitate to stay at Casa Isla again. Would highly recommend.

Great property

We enjoyed our time at Casa Isla Potrero - beautiful house, and the kids loved the pool. Short walk to the beach and to stores and some restaurants. The host was always prompt in answering questions, including addressing a power outage on a holiday. The local property manager, Juvenal, was lovely and helpful as well. I would stay here again!
