Accueil et séjour agréable Appartement conforme à l annonce et très bien situé En revanche 60 de frais de ménage demandés en cash me semble excessif d autant que nous n avons passé que deux nuits

Je suis très surprise de votre commentaire, car au moment de la réservation, je vous avais expliqué que ces frais supplémentaires de 60€ n’etaient pas que des frais de ménage pour 2 jours, mais :
- des frais de blanchisserie pour le linge fourni , quelque soit le durée du séjour ou le nombre de personnes
- la préparation, l’entretien, le ménage de l’appartement
- la remise des clefs ….
Les 60€ ne sont pas pour moi, mais vont directement à la personne qui vous accueille, c’est elle qui s’occupe de l'appartement, car je n’habite pas sur place
En les remettant à l’arrivée, vous ne payez pas les frais d’Abritel
Dorénavant, ces frais seront inclus dans le prix de l’appartement
