Discover this charming, fully renovated mini-duplex (24 m² + 9 m² mezzanine), located on the top floor of the Estacade residence in Deauville , very close to the sea and the marina. It consists of the following rooms:
- A living room with a fully equipped high-end kitchen (oven/microwave, washing machine, extractor hood), a 160 cm sofa bed (15 cm mattress + 6 cm thick mattress topper) and a flat-screen television (Canal+, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video).
- A bedroom accessible by a space-saving staircase (see photo), equipped with a television and a 25 cm thick mattress. Please note that the ceiling height is very limited (from 60 cm to 1.20 m).
- A bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower.
- Separate toilets.
- A balcony offering a breathtaking view of Trouville-sur-Mer beach .
Maximum capacity of 4 travelers (recommended for 2 people).
A welcome gift awaits you.
