Property worked great for me and my family! Resort was awesome with pool, pickleball, basketball and yard games so close by. Easy walking to the lake and Baxter marina as well. Only thing to call out is you are right next to the lake which means you are a 40 min and very curvy drive into Branson. This was fine for us as we only went in for a day and focused more on table rock lake.
The house was so cute and clean! We weren’t able to use it as we went during November, but a swimming pool was right outside. It is also very close to a marina! The host was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay again.
Dealing with Mo was great! The house was very nice and stocked very well. If you are looking for a nice place to go get away from the "city hustle and bustle" then this is perfect.
The house is beautiful and outfitted perfectly for a family vacation! Kitchen is stocked with all the cookware and dinnerware you need. Located within walking distance of Baxter Marina (boat ramp and slips) and a public swimming beach. The resort has its own community pool and playground. Mo is super nice and very helpful!

Thanks again for staying with us and for your kind words we sure appreciate guess like you! We look forward to having you and your family back again.
Mo was great communicating with us. The house was perfect for our group. Loved being able to walk across the street to the marina and boat all day. Also just a short walk to the beach if you want to just float and cool off in the lake. House was well stocked. Thinking of making this an annual outing for our group.

We loved our stay! The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Living room large enough for family gatherings and the screen porch was definitely a bonus. Our grandkids especially enjoyed the pool and playground and it was great that it was so close to the house. An easy walk to the park and beach was another bonus, which the whole family enjoyed. The house was very quiet for sleeping which was a big plus since we had different age groups with us.
The home is beautiful and we would definitely come back.

Thank you Linda for staying with us! We enjoyed having you and your sweet family. We look forward to having you stay again !!!
We vacationed with our 3 kids and 3 of their friends, ages 20 to 14, 3 boys and 3 girls. The space was awesome, enough room for everyone to spread out. Stocked up well, you don't need anything. There's even pool towels! We cooked breakfast and dinner there every night. It was nice having 3 full baths, no one had to wait to hit the showers. The porch is screened in, spent a lot of time there. Swimming pool very clean and well kept.

Terrible experience. Several family members, including children, rented this home for a long weekend. The home was clean initially; however, after the second day, our trip took a turn when septic water flooded two bedrooms and a bathroom in the home where our children were staying. After being up the entire night dealing with the water issue, the host arrived and began assessing the situation. A short time later, she came up to tell me that we couldn't stay there and would have to pack everything up and move homes halfway through our trip. The host said she would “comp” our stay and seemed very apologetic. After returning home, the host admitted to watching my family on the Ring security cameras and listening in on a private conversation I was having with someone about our kids. We were not notified that we were being watched and listened to. To make things worse, she has refused to comp any portion of the stay and denies saying what she said to us the morning of the move. Hope this helps someone in their planning.

Thank you Kota for your feedback.
As you can see from our other reviews we have had since we opened our home to guests over 5 years ago we have had exceptional ratings with many folks coming back year after year.
As plumbing issues go, we never see them coming, and this was an unexpected event that did cause flooding in the downstairs south 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on your second night.
We tried to fix the issue as quickly as our 4 staff members (including myself) and the plumber could.
We were happy to find a home that we could upgrade you to, the 7 bedroom 7 bathroom 5500 sq foot lakeview home just 3 doors down at the resort without any additional costs for you and within an hour of us helping you load and get settled in.
We did everything in our power to make the remainder of your 2 night stay exceptional in every way possible.
We apologize for that unforeseen event.
We hope that the remainder of your summer goes without any hiccups and that you look forward to the beautiful fall colors of the Ozarks as we do.
Blessings to you and your family,
Monica
Great little getaway spot, tucked away in the Ozark hills. This wad our first experience staying in a VRBO, so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Loved having our own space & being able to cook our own meals! Having our own washing machine & dryer was a huge plus as well! We had a great stay!
Very nice home. Large kitchen and pantry. Able to cook and serve for 10. Dishwasher and laundry. Beds are firm. Pool is very nice and right out the front door. Very clean cabin and property. Super responsive owner. The lake is farther away than I thought located behind the cabin and across a campground. Lake swimming is a pretty good hike away. There is no view of the lake from the cabin. We drove to the marina because the hill coming back was quite steep. Overall excellent stay.
There were 8 of us. The property was perfect. It was ver very nice and clean. Decorated very cute. It was about 30 to 40 mins from downtown Branson. But not a bad drive. Check out was simple. Highly recommend this property.
This property was amazing, comfortable, and perfect for a family.
