This home is absolutely gorgeous all around!! As a contractor I was very impressed with all the finishes in this home from the blackout blinds in all the rooms for uninterrupted sleep, to the dual zone HVAC systems, to the materials used to build this breathtaking home located just outside Bozeman’s Main Street downtown area that feels like you’re far away from the city with breathtaking views of the mountains and open farm land! Our family loved every minute of our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! Our group of six loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom—such a nice touch for comfort and privacy. The house was spotless, warm, and inviting, with everything we needed to cook and enjoy our time together. The views were absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect—just a few minutes from Montana State University and downtown, yet far enough out to feel like we were in the peaceful countryside. The hosts were very accommodating and communicated so well, making the whole experience seamless. This home was the perfect spot while visiting our daughter at MSU, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This property is one of the best I’ve stayed at in the Bozeman area. Amazing views lots of wild life and super comfortable. The kitchen was great and very well appointed, we utilized the brand new Weber grill. Beds and bedding were comfy, bathrooms had fresh towels and hair care products. Everything was very clean no gross surprises here. The property management team was very responsive, great communication. We will definitely come back to Patterson farm!!

Beautiful house and views

We stayed for 5 nights in early January and it was beautiful, the house was stocked well and had plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 young kids who shared a room. We got 14-18" of snow while we were there and it made it even prettier! They had the driveway plowed twice while we stayed which was great. The location was a perfect proximity to the airport and anywhere you needed to go! We look forward to returning!!!

The views of the bridgers cannot be beat!!!

This house was great, clean, spacious, well appointed and the views of the Bridger Mountains from the back patio were insane. The bedrooms each have their own bathroom, which is awesome! The beds were super comfortable with great linens and towels in the bathroom. The house was comfortable, lots of great sitting areas and the kitchen has everything you can imagine.

Knock your socks off

This property was even better than we expected! It was perfectly clean, bedrooms and livingroom had outstanding vews, and it had an amazing location. When we got there my daughter immediately played in the snow which was 3-4 ft deep. (the driveway was shovled recently so that was nice) when we werent outside we had a blast either sitting by the fireplace, watching TV,, or enjoying the town that was 10-15 mins away. It was also close to skiing, parks, and a very charming downtown. Overall it was a extremely enjoyable house and if we return to Bozeman, we would stay again

Awesome view!

I traveled to Montana to visit my children living there and was pleasantly surprised by our rental. The home was spotless and everything we could need in the kitchen was provided. The only item that was not there was a mixer. I contacted the management the day after checking in to extend our stay by 2 extra days. This home is in a quiet neighborhood but close to any shopping that you would need. Pictures of the home do not do justice and you will not be disappointed!

We came to Bozeman for a family wedding and absolutely fell in love w/ Patterson Farms The home is gorgeous with amazing views from every corner of the house. The bedding was so comfortable and the white luxurious spa robes made the home 5 star !! Check in and Check out were easy and we look forward to coming back !

Beautiful House with Gorgeous Views

The Patterson Home was brand new, beautiful, and well appointed. The views from each room were amazing. The back porch was also very comfortable with a table that sat 6, and four other plush outdoor chairs. The location of the house was very close to Bozeman and within an hour and a half of the West Yellowstone entrance. The beds were comfortable, with nice linens and plenty of pillows (we couldn’t find any extra pillow cases though). We were slightly surprised that there was only 1 TV in the 3 bedroom home which used YouTube TV, so we weren’t able to find local channels. We would have also liked a few more towels to cut down on our washing while we were there. There was a drip coffee pot, but it didn’t seem to get the coffee hot, only like warm. Overall, this property is very nice!

House is nice, but is basic at very best for the price. Not well furnished with nice dishware, tools for cooking, etc. fireplaces turn on and off on their own with no controls that work. One TV. No bedroom TV’s. House could be far better furnished for the price. Seating is odd in living room area.

Contemporary and Charming Country Setting

Patterson Farm is a lovely renovated home, with open concept, great kitchen and plenty of space. Farmland directly behind the home and the dramatic views of the mountains made for a great experience on our first trip to Montana. Very convenient for our trips to Downtown Bozeman and Big Sky. Spectacular private retreat

We had a lovely stay at this stunning property. The house has a great floor plan and every possible detail has been considered…right down to the robes in each bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and a perfect spot for gathering. The house is perfectly sited to take advantage of the tranquil view of the surrounding hayfields and mountains. The proximity to all that Bozeman has to offer makes this the ideal spot to use as a home base for adventure. We loved whitewater rafting on the Gallatin River and visiting the MSU campus with our daughter. We look forward to visiting again soon!
