This studio-style home in North Hyde Park offers a cozy and inviting Coastal Oasis with an open floor plan. It features a large yard, a private entrance, private parking, and a private bathroom equipped with basic toiletries, a hair dryer, a full-length mirror, a washer and dryer, and a table for two. The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, freezer, refrigerator, and all the cookware you need. I also provide a mini ironing board & iron.
This gem of a location offers easy access to downtown Tampa, the University of Tampa, Soho District, Armature Works, Amalie Arena, Convention Center, Riverwalk, Raymond James, Sparkman Wharf, Midtown, Busch Gardens, International Mall, Tampa International Airport, and major highways leading to beaches like Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.
