We were in town for a wedding in the area and the place was perfect for our trip. Shopping, dining and Bay Shore Blvd are all within walking distance and make this place an perfect place to stay. The place was clean and easy to find.

Great spot with old town charm

Nicely done interior space above garage. Location was perfect for us near Univ of Tampa for Softball. Water and upscale restaurants just a few minute walk.

From the minute we walked in we felt so welcomed. Jerry, our host, left us a note with his contact info. The apartment was clean and very nicely decorated just like the pictures. We loved walking up the street in the morning to the village for breakfast. This was a great place to stay and we will rent again in the coming months.

Unit is very clean. It is a great location. You can walk to waterfront, Hyde Park, and just a few minute drive from downtown. Host Jerry was great with restaurant recommendations and other help. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful studio apartment with the best location in Tampa!

We had an amazing long weekend staying at this property. Jerry was an outstanding host who had great communication and even helped us check in early, as our flight arrived in the early morning. The property is located in the best part of Tampa (walking distance to Hyde Park, SoHo and beautiful bayshore)! We’ll definitely be back for another visit!
