This property was very clean ! Our room was well stocked , clean , very cool with ceiling fans and a wonderful stay ! Walking distance to the white sands with a beautiful beach view ! We will definitely stay here again !

The location on the beach was just what we wanted and needed. The views and sunsets were stunning and the white sandy beach was beautiful. The staff at the reception were always polite, friendly and welcoming. The free secure car parking was appreciated as was the inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The only niggle we had was that the fridge made strange noises which was intrusive at night and the freezer wouldn’t make ice without blocking the drawer. Overall we had a great stay at this location with loads of convenient stores nearby for supplies.

We totally enjoyed our visit to Destin. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay on our 30th anniversary. The condo was very clean along with the entire resort. The beach was perfect and just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. The restaurants in the area were wonderful. We LOVE seafood and had a great selection of restaurants. Our communication with the host was perfect as well. I wouldn't change a thing. I will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you so much.

Great little place to stay

We had a great view of the golf and fun to watch the dolphins go by. The bathroom is small but we had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

April stay and it was perfect time of year. Not too hot, not crowded and close to restaurants, & many fun things to do.Condo clean and Real Joy was excellent at communicating, responding and follow up.Very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Great Location

Out stay here was great. The location on the beach is fantastic, we played some pickleball and shuffleboard, and the beach service was good. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to the boardwalk and restaurants which is great and a 5 minute drive to the grocery store as well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great Condo

The unit was just as pictured and was very clean. The resort is older but well kept. The pool is cleaned and maintained daily. Would def stay here again.

Convenient location!

We absolutely enjoyed our week at this beautiful renovated and clean condo! The view was amazing and all kitchen utensils were new and they had everything we needed for the week! Easy walk to the beach and a large balcony to enjoy breakfast overlooking the beach! We can not wait to visit again thank you.
