We are located 8 minutes from the Center of Tulum, 15 minutes from the beach, 20 minutes from the Tulum Hotel Zone and 3 minutes from La Veleta, by car. You can also move by leasing bikes to enjoy the paradise landscape.

Normal construction hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Roads to the property could be not in the best conditions, please be aware.

Our suggestions are to rent a vehicle during your stay. There are so many amazing things to see around the Mayan Riviera and a care is a great way to come and go as you please. But there are also a lot of taxis around or we can organize private transportation for your activities.

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water (500ml), toilet paper, paper towels and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.

Great experience...BUT!

Pros: It is clean It is new If you love water, great to have water right outside your door Reception was awesome and friendly It is awesome to see my first drone that can fly people The door code is easy to work and access to. The ground is well kept. Lots of beautiful foliage. Cons: It is far from town if you don't rent a bicycle or moped. The water is beautiful but it is COLD. End of November and beginning of December. The welcome message is interestingly complicated. He asked me the basic questions. Then he asked me to provide a photo for my credit card and i had to pit my foot down. I told him checjing in you can verify what you want. The direction that he as in the hist/manager send you plus the location from the reservations are WRONG. It took me 45 minutes to figure out it is 1/2 a mile off. When he resend the coordinate, i took a screen shot and that is when he knows it's the wrong location. His responds was, it was right before. It’s either he is new or never check and verified the actual links Also, the day before check in, he tells you that electricity is expensive in Tulum. You will be charged if you go over. That's a scarity mentality. I suggest to add that into the price and not blow and suck at the same time. Then i got another message that the road construction will be making a lot of noise. That was correct! Lastly, you need a PhD to figure out how to use the stove. Have fun! Lol
