Stately, Historic Victorian home in the Garden District! Recently renovated with great amenities! 5 Star Experience! 3bd/2ba with a variety of sleeping accommodations including King and Queen Beds. Fully Stocked Kitchen for meal prep. No expense spared in decor and design. Spacious layout with plenty of room to spare and 13’ ceilings throughout much of the home! This home is great for traveling families, nurses, family reunions, business travel, newly weds, or just some peace and quiet!

The space
Recently renovated home. Crisp and cozy feel. Disinfected between every guest. Linens washed after every guest.

The bathtub and shower are very clean but the iron bathtub finish is showing some signs of age. The entry doors open to the outside.

We have a pack n play for our young guests.

Mr. Frank is a great host. Always accommodating. The house is spacious and very nice. The 6 pack of cokes is a great touch. We have stayed in this home the last three times we visited family in Winnsboro and have be satisfied. We will be back.

Host was super prompt responding to messages. The wife was disappointed that there was no TV but that was my fault not the host as I did not notice that. The shower was very small and was only available in one bathroom as the other had only a tub. My wife loved the decor of the kitchen which was Coca Cola motif. Very comfortable King sized bed. I slept very well indeed. I loved the central location and it worked out very well for our needs.

Winnsboro Rodeo stay

We had ten extended family members stay here for the rodeo. It’s a charming home with ample space for us to spread out. There is an additional room in the back of the house that we thought at first was a screened in porch but discovered it was air conditioned bonus room with outdoor seating and toys for the kids.

Room for all

We like the size of the bedrooms, the middle bedroom with the bunk bed was crowded. Maybe a twin bed in place of the bunk bed and a tall dresser in the space of the crib. The bathroom and the sink near the kitchen need upgrade. Add a shower and fix metal stopper for sink for better drainage.The kitchen, living and dining room were nice sizes. We love the porch, very charming. The stay was overall very nice.

Lovely house in Winnsboro

We (my mother, daughter and myself) rented this house to when visiting family in the area. Accommodated our family so nicely. This is a lovely property with all the bells and whistles. We will definitely rent again when coming back. Everything was perfect and we all slept so well in the comfortables beds. Thanks again and we will be back soon!

Great Place in our Family Hometown

We have family there and like to to visit once a year. We origially booked the house for a planned summer trip. We had a loved one die and needed a place to stay, so we booked it for the weekend (April 19-21). It was a pleasant surprise, beautiful and clean. Just like the pictures posted. We look forward to our trip back in July. Thanks alot. The coke kitchen is lovely, and also the bottles of coke you left for us.

Beautiful Victorian home

Love this place. Everything you possibly need plus more. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. Picnic table on the carport used for the kids games. Close to eating, Walmart, downtown shopping. My only complaint was the two bathrooms one was tub only the other was a very small shower. Two couples and two kids the bathrooms were not adequate for us. It worked out because we were visiting my daughter in Winnesboro so kids showers were taken there. I loved this house, tall ceilings and convenience. It was beautiful and very clean.

Celebrating Eldest in Family

We were at home in this house. The place is spacious. decorative, comfortable, clean, and very welcoming..lol... We celebrated my mom 78th BDay w/ our Winnsboro family and friends. I could never planned anything this special and perfect again!! BUT....I will try 😀...It was soooo awesome here...that whenever we come to visit my mom...we will want to stay here...hoping its available...lol..it may be a little more than the hotels in Winnsboro...trust...the extra money is worth it... The owner is super fantastic!!! Thank you for allowing us to be at home in your home!!! And big Thanks for mailinng the stuff we left behind... Hope to see you soon....like around Mother's Day!!! 😃 😀
