Beautiful view

We had a great time for our fall break. Property and condo were as described. The sunsets were amazing and we enjoyed rocking out on the patio. Communication with host was great and we would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Condo

When we checked in we immediately noticed the 10/10 view of the gulf from the large balcony. This Condo is very clean and plenty spacious for our group of six.(4 adults, two teenagers). The unit is well stocked for all of your kitchen needs. It was quite warm outside but the condo was always nice and cool inside which was great. The beach access is super easy and close, right off the elevator. Beds and furniture were comfy, and bathrooms were very clean and big. Parking is pretty easy, and unit is very close to elevator which is a good thing. We have stayed at many beach condos and this one is right at the top of the list. It is close to many restaurants and shopping so location is perfect. The resort itself is nice and we felt very safe there with the kids. It has a beach bar with food and drinks, and even a Starbucks which was great. I would definitely not hesitate to book this unit, you wont be disappointed.

Condo was PERFECT!

Loved this condo and the host was so nice from the beginning to the end! Tower I has the best things so don’t forget to go over to swim, pools are nice!

Amazing Stay!

We are a family of 5 with two teens and an 8 year old, and this unit was a perfect fit for us. Highly recommend just for the cleanliness alone. Vanessa was so easy to work with and made the entire stay relaxing and non-complicated.

Everything was great. Beautiful condo and amenities. Only 2 problems were encountered: every time we used the toaster or the oven the fire alarm would go off. We also had trouble getting in the front door. We had to try 3-4 times until it let us in. These were minor issues. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Lovely Stay

Vanessa was absolutely wonderful from prior to booking and through. At walk in everything was ready and waiting. It was so easy to make ourselves at home. The beach chairs and beach toys were wonderful to have. The master bed-SO comfy. Everything was spotless. My husband, teens, and I appreciate this wonderful getaway space being shared with us. It was just perfect. We will now always check with Vanessa for availability in the future. Thanks for everything Vanessa and Dan!

Best place ever

Before we even arrived at the resort I had contacted the property manager multiple times with questions or needing help, she was extremely quick to respond, and was extremely helpful. When entering the condo, my first impression was how cute and beachy the condo was. It was extremely clean and organized. This condo comes with more than just a place to lay your head. We utilized the extra blankets, extra towels, beach chairs, and beach toys! I truly believe this condo was above and beyond! I 10 out of 10 recommend!

Family Vacation

We had a great time! We had 3 adults and 4 kids and enough space to not feel cramped. The bunk room is a great spot for the kids. My grandkids enjoyed all the beach toys in the closet. We did not have to buy anything for the beach. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed. All the beds are comfortable. The water pressure is amazing. Majestic is a nice property. Everyone was very nice as well as all the security guards. The food at the poolside grill is very good. The unloading zone makes it’s so easy to get unloaded and the unit is right off the elevator. The balcony with the rockers was our favorite spot every morning to see dolphins and sting rays. We even lucked out and saw a shark one morning. Thanks for letting our family enjoy your condo!

Beautiful condo in a great location

Beautiful condo in a very nice building that has a friendly staff, multiple pools, a convenience store, a Starbucks, and a restaurant/bar on location. Good location close to everything. The beach is so clean and clear and the view is amazing! I would definitely recommend! The dolphin show at Gulf World is definitely a must see!

Great little vacation

This was a great place to stay. Location was excellent and the host was awesome and very responsive. I would just recommend more trash bags for replacement and a pack of laundry soap for the towels. We were supposed to start a load of towels when we left, and if it wasn’t for us having had laundry detergent, we wouldn’t have been able to start them. Maybe there usually is some, but we didn’t see any. It was the perfect amount of beds for our party and everyone had an amazing time.

Great Weekend

We took a girls weekend with the kids and stayed here. This place had everything we needed from sand toys to beach chairs. The kitchen was well stocked. Host was super easy to communicate with and we will be coming back to stay again.

Beachfront condo

The condo was really nice and comfortable. Great communication with the host. I don’t prefer tower condos, but we were able to enjoy this place. The view is incredible.

Great condo and beach - security forgets people are on vacation

The condo was great and refreshing. Great variety of utensils and balcony was wonderful with the extra seating. No complaints at all on room Security is another issue. We have been coming to PCB for 8 years and have stayed here multiple times. This is the first time our grocery delivery person was threatened with being towed by security because they were helping us load up the groceries and weren't staying within 6' of their vehicle. Then as my family was leaving to go out and go to shell island, they were stopped by security and told in order to leave the property they had to have wristbands on. The security here worry more about people leaving without a wristband then people coming in off the beach at the pools. Very irritating so this will probably be our last time at this property.

Wonderful condo with relaxing views!

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was Very responsive. Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. Loved the full sized washer and dryer! Really loved the comfortable master bedroom Mattress. My oldest son did suggest however that it was about time to change out the other bedroom’s mattress. My middle child and youngest enjoyed the bunk beds. It does get cold on the top bunk so be sure the littles bundle up for bed. Plenty of chairs and beach toys to use if you need them. The fridge kept everything nice and cold. Plenty of things to cook with. I personally enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master but be warned the shower can get pretty hot very quickly and has extremely good water pressure. So if littles take showers just be aware of that. I adored the decorations and just loved the rocking chairs on the patio. It was actually my selling point on renting the unit. The only drawback we had was the parking situation as we had a large sized truck to park and had to go to the very top of the deck. But we got out exercise in so no biggie there. I think you and your family would have a wonderful time at this condo if you are considering it.

Graduation Celebration Vacation

The property was outstanding! It was very clean and well taken care of. The décor was cute. This place was very convenient, we were close to the elevators and trash shoot. We were also in walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would definitely stay here again!

Simply Amazing!

From booking until we checked out, this was a totally wonderful experience. Dan and Vanessa were so helpful and communicated exceptionally. The condo itself was immaculate and perfect for my spouse, daughter, SIL, and grands!!! This was by far the best kitchen I’ve ever had in a rental and fully stocked with anything one could possibly need. There were a plethora of beach supplies, too, so no need to buy sand toys for the littles to use. I highly recommend this listing.
