Designed with families in mind, this condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate bunk room, and a full size laundry room with extra capacity washer and dryer and an extra storage pantry. The dining table comfortably seats six, and the bar seats three. The spacious kitchen is fully appointed with everything you need - Whirlpool appliances include dishwasher, range, refrigerator with ice and water in the door, and microwave. You'll also find can opener, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. There's even a wet bar across from the kitchen. Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the gulf while you cook breakfast.
The family room features a queen sleeper sofa, entertainment center, and flat screen HD Smart TV. Floor to ceiling windows also contain a sliding door so you can walk from the family room onto the balcony to enjoy the comfy patio furniture and the gulf breezes.
Master suite features a king bed, flat screen HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The master bedroom also has floor to ceiling windows with a sliding door opening onto the balcony. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, HD Smart TV, large closet, and an access door into the large hall bathroom. From the window in this bedroom there are great views of Pier Park and the entire area as far away as West Bay! Panama City Beach was the natural choice when they wanted to purchase their own piece of paradise. As a true Southerner, Cara loves to share the famous "southern hospitality" with her guests at her own property as well as the others she manages. She'd love to host you and your family. Calypso is the perfect resort in the perfect location! Our resort is very upscale and elegant. The condo is wide and spacious, with the feel of a home. We definitely cater to families rather than the "wild" crowd.
