Two bedroom one bath open living room and kitchen! Front porch with BBQ! Have a dog kennel with dog house also options to stable horses! Wide open space with amazing views! Also great chances at viewing wildlife from deer, elk, pheasants, ducks, geese, and lots of different fowl species depending on time of year. Located right across from a wildlife waterfowl management area!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental!. You are close to Capitol Reef, we went almost everyday. And we even made it to Goblin Valley, Kodachrome, and Escalante Petrified Forest Starte parks, plus Natural Bridges National Monument AND Valley of the Gods. It is a great location to reach so many parks in the area!It has almost everything you need when you are visiting. Laundry machines would have been a bonus but there are places in Loa or Torrey to get that done if needed. This is our second stay and we would go again in a heartbeat!

The neighbor's dogs visited my dog a few times. The pasture behind the house was a good place to walk my dog. Thousand Lake Mountain was in front, and Boulder behind. The former's lower cliffs were lit up in the evening glowing red.

Cozy little place. Cleanliness could use improvement especially the bedding, and outside grill. Short on amenities such as towels wash clothes, dish towels, garbage sacks etc. Great location especially for bird watching, cranes, geese etc.

Private, convenient little home

We really enjoyed our stay and we’re happy with the views in the surrounding area. There were several amazing hikes nearby without even having to go into Capitol Reef. The house had all of the basics and was a comfy place to stay.

Excellent Location

We enjoyed staying at this cottage near Bicknell, UT. It was a great base for our explorations of Capitol Reef National Park and Grand Staircase - Escalante area. We enjoyed the views from this location and the sunsets were fantastic. The cottage met all our needs during our stay.

The place was somewhat dirty and shabby. The decor was unattractive. We saw mice in the kitchen a few times. We made it work, but it was not especially pleasant. The location was pretty good and was fairly close to Capitol Reef. It was overpriced for what it was.

Great place for a getaway

Our group of three adults and two dogs needed to get away for a few days and this was the perfect spot. We did some exploring and we stayed in some too. Our dogs loved the property and we loved the home, it had everything we needed and was nice and cozy. It was nice to be able to see all of the stars and the views during the day. We hope to stay again soon.

Good place for Capitol Reef National Park visit, basic home with essential needs but nothing fancy.

We loved the view and the front street was not busy but the home was very basic, nothing fancy at all.
