Offering large gathering space indoor and outdoor on the specious deck. High-speed business class internet with Xfinity Cable Package for your entertainment. Gas Fireplace. Top of the line reverse osmosis water filtration system and 2 water heater to make sure everyone get a hot shower after a day of fun. Outdoor community pool is open at the end of June. Tennis court for guests and residence. Only 5-minute walk to the several of Park City's most popular restaurants, main grocery store, liquor store, post office and much more. We look forward to your arrival.

Great location
February 2024 We had a wonderful visit to Park City, and your home was the perfect home base for skiing, shopping and dining on Main Street. We especially loved the well-stocked kitchen for home cooked meals, and easy access to the bus system + local market. Our favorite restaurants were the Viking Yurt, Lookout Cabin + Tupelo. Also loved No Name Saloon and strolling Main Street. Thank you for a lovely and well-appointed stay!

Wonderful! Convenient! Close to Resorts!
This property was perfect for our family vacation! The listing was accurate and the property manager did a wonderful job communicating. All appliances work well and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment including two coffee makers (drip and k cup). The furniture was in good shape. The internet was reliable. We received a ton of snow and the plow services on the road and driveway were reliable. We had a 2wd van and we were never in a position that we couldn’t drive. Close to a lot but not really walking distance to much. We didn’t use the shuttle/bus but the stop was a few hundred feet from the property. No garage access unfortunately. There is enough room in the driveway for two cars but not sure if that is allowed or not. Our 4 year old did great in the house. Suggest a lock 6 feet high on the front door to prevent children from unlocking. A dedicated place for boards and skis would be great.

Great location and everything you could need
This is a great place to stay if you’re headed to ski in either Park City or the Canyons! The bus stop is 500 feet from the place (although the transit system running on time is questionable) and you can take an 8 minute walk to the Market and other dining places next door. The place was extremely clean and the host was very hospitable! Honestly, the kitchen is STOKED with any appliance you need to make a home cooked meal so eating out isn’t a necessity. This was a great find and we were very pleased!

perfect spot for a family vacation
We had a great visit at this property for our family ski trip. The location was perfect and the house has everything you need for a family. Easy access to the property and communication with the property manager was great. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
