Super cozy, quiet getaway spot in LaQuinta, close to too many amenities and activities to list. Super quiet to we rested very well.

Very satisfied!

The owner Laura was easy to deal with and she took care of anything we asked or brought up with her. We advised her that the bed required either a new mattress or maybe remove the foam topper on it as was higher in the middle and when either person moved the other could feel it. She was coming after we left and would check it out. We would definitely stay there again. She provided all the little things like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags, some spices, cleaning supplies, most condiments and a welcome package including wine and chocolate. Not many have king sized beds but she is one of the caring owners who understands the importance of a king sized bed. Very nice!

All that we hoped for

After looking forward to our stay in the desert for over a year, this condo did not disappoint. It was very well stocked with everything we needed inside and out. (including golf clubs and bicycles for our use) When we arrived at the condo there was a "welcome basket" complete with a bottle of wine and other treats. Laura was very helpful and made herself available to answer any questions quickly and efficiently. We enjoyed sitting on the deck enjoying the view of the golf course and mountains as we sipped our morning coffee and ate our meals. We had morning sun and afternoon/evening shade...perfect for the month of March. The complex is well located close to shopping and bicycle routes. As tennis fans, we enjoyed the close proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Gardens and were able to walk to watch the matches at the BNP Paribas tournament. The golf course, pool areas, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and gardens are all beautifully maintained. We took advantage of all of these amenities during our stay. We enjoyed our time at Palm Royale from beginning to end and hope to return in the future. Thank you Laura!
