Enjoy a quiet getaway retreat in a single story condo home, located in Palm Royale in La Quinta. This desirable 2 BR 2 BA end unit condo has no unit above (just the patio/balcony). The remodeled kitchen offers stainless appliances and light, bright cabinets and countertops, and recessed lighting. The master bedroom suite has vaulted beamed ceilings, wall-to-wall carpeting, single vanity and large remodeled walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom also has vaulted ceilings, carpeting, and lots of closet space bathroom across on hallway with new walk-in shower. Additional features include Spanish pavers throughout the living spaces, newer energy-efficient windows and sliders with blinds. There are 3 TVs: Large cable and streaming unit in the Family Room and small wall streaming only TVs in bedrooms. You'll savor the spectacular views of the Par 3 golf course and mountains beyond from your back patio and inside living areas. Palm Royale Country Club offers the perfect desert resort lifestyle, with unlimited golf for a very affordable monthly membership, six pools, four lighted tennis courts - plus close proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Garden, art fairs and music festivals.

Beautiful place for a desert getaway

Our stay at this condo was fabulous. Very nice, quiet condo with a beautiful view of a very nice little par 3 golf course. Location is excellent, bed was really comfortable, pool and hot tub were wonderful. We would highly recommend this place!

Location location location

We were already Palm Royale fans and this experience solidified our opinions. An end-unit first floor condo with north and east patio exposure plus plenty of light throughout…what’s not to love. Comfy beds although pillows could be softer for our taste. Great to be right on this beautiful golf course. Pools are wonderful as are tennis and pickle ball courts. Host very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I liked that we were the end unit and with a beautiful view. Golf course, palm trees and the mountains. The unit had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool and the grounds were kept immaculate. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

Cozy golf course get away

My husband and I enjoyed spending 2 of the winter months in this cozy executive, par 3 golf course condo. The kitchen has been recently updated to include granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms, furniture and carpet. When we arrived it was very clean & included some supplies to get us started. I appreciated her eye for detail. The location is convenient to highway 111 with restaurants and shopping. Some activities are available at the resort, & the condo is just a few feet to the pool/hot tub. Our host was most accommodating to any questions we had. It was a very nice vacation out of the harsh Midwest winter weather!Thank you Manuela for sharing your home with us!

We live in Thousand Oaks, California - just 2+ hours away. This gives us an opportunity to travel to the desert and enjoy both golf and tennis, as well as the ample variety of shopping and restaurants in the area. Everyone in our family golfs!! So owning a piece of property on the golf course was a must. For the warm winter days, we would like to share our home to those who want to get away from harsh winters or just because they love the desert no matter what time of year their travels brings them to La Quinta.

Why they chose this property

We travel to the desert quite often. We wanted a golf property near the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, close to freeway, grocery stores, shopping - El Paseo in Palm Desert, and a vast variety of restaurants. This property in particular offers owners free unlimited golf and the visitor can enjoy the same for a small monthly membership. Just walk out of the unit, go to the pro shop and book your t-time!!
