** You arrive on the day of your choice. **<br>Minimum rental 1 week in July-August and 4 days outside this period.<br><br>In an old Charente farmhouse located in a hamlet, the Clos des Séguineries has 6 comfortable cottages with heated swimming pool from June to September on a hectare of fully enclosed land.<br><br>Located 20 minutes from Saintes, 30 minutes from Royan and 40 minutes from Cognac; Between history, archaeology, museums, castles, amusement parks, ocean, rivers, estuary, etc., you will spend a rich and varied holiday by mixing rest, fun activities and cultural visits.<br><br>We will be pleased to welcome you in our cottage Air: 120 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people. (air-conditioned cottage)<br>You will be seduced by its design: on one side 2 cabin bedrooms (one with 1 bed of 160 cm and the other with 2 beds of 90 cm), 1 beautiful bathroom (Italian shower) and a living room; in the centre a very large living room and a beautiful space housing the 3rd bedroom (with a 160cm bed), 1 large bathroom (Italian shower) and its dressing room.<br>Finally, a veranda - dining room - kitchen completes the whole and opens onto a beautiful private terrace (40 m² - garden table, parasol and deckchairs), with small garden and view of the estate.<br><br>The swimming pool and the large green area with games are to be shared with holidaymakers from the other cottages of the Clos des Séguineries.<br><br>Our cottages are completely independent of each other and can accommodate from 4 to 6 people.<br><br>Linen for the beds is provided. <br>A flat rate of 105 kWh per week of electricity is included.<br>The cleaning package is optional (contact us).<br>Baby cot on request.<br>
