So you can book with us with complete confidence ;)<br>A magnificent country house on a hiking trail, overlooking the hills of Corrèze.<br>Here you’ll find peace, nature, and relaxation, as well as quick access to many tourist attractions.<br>Just 3 minutes from the highway (A20 and A89), the Périgord, Quercy, and Dordogne are within easy reach.<br>Brive-la-Gaillarde (15 min), the Vézère Gorges (20 min), the Gouffre de la Fage (20 min),<br>, and some of France’s most beautiful villages: Aubazine and Turenne (25 min), St. Robert and Collonges-la-Rouge (35 min).<br>Accommodations<br>In our home, you’ll enjoy a spacious living area featuring a living room, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. On the same floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms (beds measuring 160x200 cm with memory foam mattress toppers or convertible into 2 beds measuring 80x200), a toilet, a bathroom (shower and bathtub), and a laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms (180x200 cm beds with memory foam mattress toppers, each convertible into 2 beds measuring 90x200 cm), a toilet, and a bathroom (shower). Two cots are also available, as well as two high chairs and one changing table.<br><br>Private access to an outbuilding where you’ll find a relaxation area featuring a sauna (for 4 people), a hot tub (Hotspring Sovereign for 6 people), and a heated pool (8×4). A toilet and 2 shower rooms complete this space.<br><br>Quiet location, surrounded by nature.<br>Guest access<br>The entire house as well as the outbuilding, including the relaxation area and its surrounding garden.<br>Additional Notes<br>The coffee machine uses Dolce Gusto pods. A second filter coffee maker is also available (coffee and filters provided).<br><br>Electricity usage will be billed separately. A metre reading will be taken upon your arrival and upon your departure. This is done to encourage proper and responsible use of the relaxation area (pool, spa, and sauna), to which you will have private and unrestricted access.
