Les Oies de Julia, renovated home in the Dordogne with private pool and terraces

Tucked away in the countryside South West of Brive and down a quiet lane close to the village of Saint Pantaléon de Larche, just a short drive from the lovely town of Brive, a beautifully presented holiday cottage offering Classy Accommodation together with use of a private swimming pool, a great South African style barbecue terrace ànd your own private pond to fish in!

Renovated throughout, Les Oies de Julis provides privacy and a peaceful retreat, with its own access, as well as all the creature comforts a guest could require together with unbeatable private leisure facilities. This is a delightful holiday house situated in one of the loveliest corners of the Dordogne and we are delighted to be able to offer it to discerning holiday makers.

Interior
This with love renovated barn composes of 4 large nicely decorated bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (of which one en-suite), a mezzanine with a convertible bed can lodge up till 10 people easily (there even is a convertible sofa in the living room).

All bedrooms ànd downstairs have airconditioning. The huge living room and open plan kitchen will give you the opportunity to celebrate your holidays together.

Outside
There are several terraces around the house, so that you will be able to sit either in the sun or in the shade. From the house you have a view over the rolling hills and as there are no cars or roads in the vicinity you will feel at ease to let your children play in the huge garden (several hectares). There is a nice private pool with a large terrace for you to enjoy. While you are having your glass of wine and the barbecue on, the children are still playing in the pool. Fond of fishing? You have your own private pond full of carp, perch, blackbass or white fish. (fishing equipment not provided)
