This one-bedroom vacation condo features a private lanai, a cable TV, a telephone, free high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer, ceiling fans, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a complimentary, in-suite safe. A tennis court and barbecues can also be found on the property’s beautifully manicured grounds, in addition to ample free parking. Enjoy a cool swim in one of the two pools. Great shopping and a variety of restaurants are also just minutes away from your doorstep.

* The Kihei Akahi property mandates that all guests occupying condos must empty the AC condensation drip pan on a daily basis to prevent overflows. Please contact CRH for additional information.

Nice condo

Great location, across the street from the beach, walking distance to many nice places to eat and shop and very quiet. The grounds are planted with lovely tropical flowers and plants and are well cared for. There are two small pools which are cleaned daily with lots of chairs and tables and grills.

Just needs some more supplies

Property was clean and furniture was comfortable. Pullout couch has a thin foam mattress, not comfortable for adults. We’re only supplied two rolls of toilet paper (including roll on the holder), small amount of laundry detergent, dishwasher tabs and no dryer sheets. We were staying for two weeks, didn’t realize it was up to the renter to provide supplies for the next renters. There was no salt and very few utensils. Even with only two adults we need more than 3 knives!! Had a relative stay in same building through a different owner and their place was stocked, for less host fees! Do your research and read reviews as I seen others make comments about lake of cutlery.

Practicality

I’ve stayed in several of the condos in the Kihei Akahi over my stays to Maui. This one is practical in a sense that it has everything you need but definitely isn’t one of the most up-to-date units. The brass tax…nothing more.

Value and Convenience

Beautiful property, Close to all the action. The BBQ area at the lower pool is the perfect gathering place. Was a little disappointed that our unit didn’t have a beach umbrella and only 2 lesser quality beach chairs…but plenty of places to rent them nearby. A little warm without AC in the bedroom but the fans helped a lot. The pull out couch was amply comfortable for 2 Teens.

Great stay

Low key, quiet and relaxing. My only critique is there could be more kitchen utensils (I.e. forks) and serving/prep dishes. We like to find local fresh food and create meals but the grill is a walk and there wasn’t much to work with. Overall, great place
