Just ok

My daughters and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was somewhat confusing on how to get in, where to park, etc. There is a garage that you pay $25 a night to park in. It leads you to the 3rd floor of the hotel, which was very confusing. The hotel was clean and quite busy when we arrived. There's a bar and restaurant that is open late and 24/7 pool access with complimentary towels that my kids enjoyed. The room was clean and we heard nothing from the neighboring room. The comforter/duvet had stains if you put it up to the light. Luckily we brought our own blankets. The worst hassle was the shower. I like a good water pressure, but this was ridiculous. Water got everywhere and there was no way to change it. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner was not filled and there were only 3 towels. Despite asking for maid service, no one ever showed up. I had to go to the front desk and wait for quite a while for the attendant to finish his conversation with staff and bring me a hodge-podge of towels. The air conditioner was also incredibly loud. The suite wasn't ideal, but we got a good price so you get what you pay for.
