Completely renovated 2-story townhouse with 2 private terraces. Located 5 minutes from beaches and shops, and opposite Collioure SNCF train station. Very quiet area, ideal for family vacations.
Beautiful view of the Albères mountain range.

2 cool bedrooms on ground floor, one with double bed (140X200) and private terrace overlooking courtyard, the other with 2 single beds and mountain views. Bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. Separate WC.

Upstairs: a large, bright and comfortable living room:
Dining room: a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen opening onto the wooden garden terrace.
Living room: 3-seater sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and coffee table. At the far end of the living room, an office area.
