Beautiful apartment in the heart of Saint-Tropez

Very nice apartment in Provencal style, located 10 minutes walk from the famous Place des Lices in a quiet residence.

The accommodation is on the 5th floor with a lift to offer you a very pleasant little sea view. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a large bright living / dining room and three terraces.

We have two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed with chest of drawers and a small furnished terrace and the second bedroom with two single beds, air-conditioned with a large closet.

A fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, Senseo coffee machine, kettle)

We provide a parking space in a closed and secure garage that is suitable for a small vehicle. In addition, in front of the residence there are free places.

Three pretty furnished terraces, including a large one with a large table for lunch or enjoying the barbecue as well as two deckchairs to enjoy the sun of Saint-Tropez.

CLEANING FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF €170 MANDATORY TO BE GIVE ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these fees cover the cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as the household linen (cleaned by a dry cleaner) so that you can arrive in a clean place is disinfected)

Household linen provided for the duration of your stay (no change during your stay unless booked in advance in addition):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed (except single bed 1 pillowcase)
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat
- 2 tea towels

DURING YOUR STAY :
--> Notify us in the event of breakage or damage.

--> To respect the calm of the residence.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! Please kindly :

--> Empty all the Bins of Accommodation before your Departure

--> To Gather all Sheets and Towels in a Place (by returning them to a normal state of use)

--> To Return Objects and Furniture Moved During Your Stay to its Place of Origin

--> To make the dishes clean and to put them away as well as to empty the dishwasher

--> To clean household appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, barbecue, coffee machine, etc.)

--> Make the Sanitary Clean

--> To Throw away or Take all the Started Food

In the event that the accommodation is left dirty, we will charge you the following rate: €150 on leaving the premises in addition to the compulsory cleaning costs on arrival.

In the event of loss of keys / Beep given, breakage of a key / beep or of the lock, the costs of changing the lock and duplicate keys will be borne by the traveler.
