About this property

Ideally located in a quiet street, 50 meters from the Place des Lices that you will reach by a flowery path. This apartment of 67 m2 is perfect for couples and families (with children). Completely renovated, it consists of a kitchen open to a large living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a bathroom and separate toilet. It is fully air conditioned and has a parking space. You can enjoy the sweetness of the village and the beaches.
Our apartment, furnished with tourism 5 stars, is in a small condominium of two floors and 9 homes. Very bright, it will seduce you with its location and equipment. Cozy, warm, comfortable .... And completely renovated with quality materials. We hope you enjoy staying there! The apartment is located just behind Place des Lices where the market is held twice a week (Tuesday and Saturday). Once your vehicle is parked in the parking space reserved for you, you will enjoy the Saint-Tropez on foot.
You will have a beep to access a courtyard located at the rear of the building where there are 7 parking spaces. Number 5 is for you.
We wanted a quality bedding so that the rest is total and that you slip into sheets of a pleasant softness. The same goes for the bathroom towels.

Great lLocation

Loved location of the apartment It is adequately finished with little extra We stayed one week No extra change of sheets While there is a washer there is no dryer so really not doable to dry in one day Also would be nice to charge a little more snd gave a second set of towels!! One towel each per person fir a week is crazy Also would be nice to have tissue snd hand soap in bathroom Those are basics and should be provided Not a question of price but great inconvenience to go out and get immediately no soap to watch a Hands after bathroom visit is crazy!! Little things like that ( small cost but more thought) would enhance this jewel It is obvious the furniture is meant for rental people and nothing of great quality. The apartment seems newly renovated with stove micro wave toaster kettle dishwater etc So why not pay a little more attention to detail and make your guests happier Loved everything else but the skimpy/ness of what is provided for guests staying a week We would have gladly paid more to have more basics! But loved loved the location and ease of apartment Leaving some flowers and a note would be a nice touch We have been to st tropez 5-6 times and love it! Cant beat the area!!

Nice Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment was larger than we expected, and the location is super convenient. It's on a very nice, quiet residential street. The apartment is very quiet, especially the bedroom which faces away from the street. The kitchen is nicely equipped, with an excellent Bosch dishwasher. Plenty of plates, glasses, etc. The air conditioning works really well. The decor and furnishings could use some upgrading, on the other hand. My "nightstand" was an inverted paint can. There are empty picture frames on the wall. With upgrades this could be a really great unit. As it is, it's perfectly adequate and nice as a vrbo rental. For the price I strongly recommend it.

The best place for your stay in St. Trop!.

A newly decorated apartment with a lot of taste right, including brand new equipment and air conditioning right in the center of the town, 2 minutes away from the « Place des Lices », if you want to try your skill at the famous French game of « boule ». Be careful of the professional players! You will not have to move your car from the private parking ( a great great plus in this town) great restaurants on the harbor and everywhere in the all the small narrow streets of the village 5 minutes away. The best ice cream you will dream about at Barbarac! Do not forget to have « la tarte Tropezienne » but you will not be hungry after eating it! And on Tuesday’s and Saturday’s do not miss the famous outdoor market it is huge and you will find all the souvenirs you need and it is almost at your door steps! I will not hesitate to go back and renting the apartment for several months if I had the time!

Du charme et du style au pied de la place des lices

Un exceptionnel appartement où se mélange le charme et le style Tropezien. De grand volume avec tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Un calme incomparable malgré une rue très fréquenté. La propriétaire est d’une très grande gentillesse et pleine d’attention ( boissons, café à disposition). Je recommande cette location pour les amoureux de St Tropez et des environs.
