A short distance from sailing, scuba diving, and more, this smoke-free beautiful and recently completely renovated apartment lets you experience it all. The beach “ La Bouillabaisse” is just a 1 minute walk away, the center of Saint Tropez is in walking distance.
As you settle into this 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom duplex, you'll find a bed in the bedroom and a convertible sofa bed in the living room.
The place comes with a private terrasse, so you can enjoy your breakfast or dinner in the sun / shadow, whatever you prefer.
The kitchen is fully equipped.

Amazing Stay in St. Tropez

My family and I had a great stay here--the location was excellent (right by a very nice beach, and a nice walk into the main part of the city). We would love to go back!

A REAL Gem in St Tropez

A real pleasure to have spent this stay in this sublime duplex renovated with great taste. Everything is new and very clean with services worthy of a 5 star hotel but at a reasonable price! The location is great, in fact everything is nearby which makes the stay very pleasant. Our hosts were very attentive, nothing was left to chance, like the pleasant surprise of finding a bottle of water and rosé in the fridge! A nice way to invite us to spend a good holiday. A Gem in St-Tropez to be jealously kept .... Thank you, for everything, we are already looking forward to coming back!

Cute clean hideaway

After a minor miscommunication we got into the apartment. Parking was as directed and I preferred to find a space in the smaller parking closer to the property. My American wife loves her coffee so didn't know the type of coffee machine. In UK and US it is mainly Kuerig... here was Nespresso and i went shopping for more pods only to discover a load available afterward!! Anyway, great time, lovely hosts have made a compact space appealing. Thank you.

Location was great to walk into town & to local beach. There was a bottle of rose &sparkling water in fridge when we arrived. Although, in the back of fridge was an old bag of chocolates - guess the cleaners miss the details. The ice cubes from the freezer released odd deposits in our drinks. Calcium chunks perhaps? Best you bring bottled water Parking is an issue although, when we originally booked, we planned not to come with a car. Unloading our bags was tricky & time consuming especially if the 2 little shops are open-as there's only space for about 2 cars to temporally park. We had to wait in lane across the busy street until space came available. The place is more compact&narrow then what appears in pictures, yet it's very nicely designed for a small space w cool, modern touches. When taking a shower, the water splashes out onto the washroom floor as it's designed without a shower curtain. There were 3 adults in our group. The fold out bed did not have proper bed pillows - had only couch cushions. If there were pillows, we did not locate them. On this fold-out couch, it appeared there were fresh'ish lipstick stains on the sheets which made us wonder if they were washed properly. We did not local the covers for the duvets. As it was quite warm, this was not much of an issue. Only 2 x towels instead of 3 upon arrival. Local residents reside either side who work locally at all hours, so there's people movement very late at night and very early in the morning.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and allow me to address your concerns more concisely: Unloading your car: We provided options in the information sheet for unloading your car, and the one you chose is generally the most convenient. However, it may take longer when stores are busy. Another option, which we indicated with a map and photos in the information booklet, would add 20 meters to the distance. Apartment size: We clearly state the size as 28 m2 on the VRBO/Abritel website, so it shouldn't come as a surprise. It's larger than the average hotel room, which is generally between 9 and 14 m2 at a higher rate. Shower screen: We use a transparent glass shower screen to avoid shower curtains, offering a more open and spacious feel. Redirecting the showerhead towards the wall would prevent water from reaching the outside. Sofa bed and cushions: The sofa bed is initially closed as a sofa so that guests can use it before bedtime. We provide all the necessary bedding, including cushions, which we mentioned are in the backrest. The bed's mattress is covered with a mattress protector for hygiene, but it's not a fitted sheet. It seems there was some confusion with the sheets and duvet, which were in the wardrobe. High season and towels: During the high season, our maintenance staff can be quite busy. We apologize for the oversight of the third towel but were happy to provide it the next day following your request. Neighbors and nightlife: Saint-Tropez is known for its lively nightlife, and the activity of neighbors (coming in at night and going out in the morning) is not considered a nuisance. However, if you're looking for a quieter environment, Saint-Tropez is certainly not your ideal destination. You might wish to consider the countryside or quieter seaside resorts for your next visit.

Hallo der Aufenthalt war sehr genüsslich. Wir haben es sehr genossen. Gleich am Meer und nahe an Restaurants. Wohnung war sehr modern. Der außen Bereich war ok. Die Wohnung ist ein bisschen Klein aber für 2 Personen komplett ausreichend. Im ganzen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem wunderschönen, neuen Appartement. Die Terrasse, Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer, die voll ausgestattete Küche, das wunderbare Bad, alles entsprach unserem Geschmack und unseren Vorstellungen. Auch die leise Klimaanlage war für uns ein wichtiger Pluspunkt. Die Wohnung lag für uns perfekt: 50 Meter zum Strand Bouillabaisse, der für uns der schönste in der Gegend ist, zum Zentrum konnten wir zu Fuß gehen, Restaurants in der Preisspanne von - bis in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zwei öffentliche, kostenlose Parkplätze auf der anderen Strassenseite. Der private Strand "La Bouillabaisse Plage Saint-Tropez" ist sehr zu empfehlen, auch das Essen dort ist sehr lecker. Alles war Prima, danke !!! Wir werden wieder kommen!
