Great location and accommodated our group of 14 well. We loved the layout and access to walking paths. We were within walking distance of raspberry shakes and had a wonderful time. The nice beaches are 15-20 minutes away. The house was modern and fairly new.

Great Bear Lake vacation!

The property was beautiful with a wonderful location. We were with a total of 8 adults and 6 children. We were within walking distance of groceries, raspberry shakes, and the Marina. The house had a well-stocked kitchen with wonderful amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our time.

Loved our stay at Bear Lake. The fire alarm went off every time we cooked because the alarm was right above the stove, which was a bit scary for those sleeping the first morning… but other than that it was absolutely perfect! Loved the space, the games, the outdoor fire pit, drinking coffee on the patio each morning with a view of the lake. We’ll likely rent this same home again.

Such an amazing place! Right across from the lake and next to the marina. The house is beautiful just as pictured! Big beautiful windows, wonderful rooms gorgeous bathrooms and very clean! A must stay! We will be back it’s a jem!

All was pretty good except there is not AC on the main level, only upstairs. We never could get the temperature below 77 degrees. We were told the main level doesn’t have it’s own AC unit. Besides that the house was good.

Beautiful home in an unfortunate location

The home was beautiful, well appointed and great design. it was clean….. but, it backs up to the main road going through bear lake. It is incredibly busy in the summer. There is no back fence so in addition to the constant noise and cars passing 50’ from the backyard, we wouldn’t let young kids play out there unsupervised. Additionally, the AC system is weak. It was 91 outside on the hottest day we were there, and we could never get the downstairs below 76. That is not incredibly hot, I know, but to have a $1 million dollar plus house where they cheaped out and only air conditioned the upstairs seems weird. We wouldn’t rent this home again.

Property description is a bit misleading

Check in was fast and vacasa staff was amazing. The home is beautiful as described but the parking is a stretch at best. They claim you can park 7 vehicles. We had 5 full size vehicles and we were almost on the lawn. The photos show a large driveway and it is extremely small. We booked this location with a large driveway so we could park jetskis. The property claims you can park next to the property but that is innacurate. You can only park in an overflow area. We made the mistake of parking next to the home in a vacant lot and the HOA was barking down our neck within an hour. Even tthough the description claims we can park there. Obvious issue between HOA and owner. Thr home is HOT. The Air conditioning is not sufficent for the home. We left the windows open all night and the temperature only came down to 78 degrees. Also didnt sleep much that night because this property is right next to the main highway between utah and idaho. Lots of traffic. Vacasa did is a huge favor and brought an additional air conditioning unit that worked fantastic. I really wanted to like the property but the HOA is terrible and the air issue needs to be fixed. Beautiful home but we wont be staying here again whereas the HOA is not watercraft friendly

The home was absolutely gorgeous and in a wonderful location by the water. We stayed here for a work conference, and having separate bathrooms for each bedroom was ideal. Everyone was impressed and happy with the stay.

The cleaners do great work as cleaners. Additionally they were highly thoughtful. We left a laptop on a bed and accidentally covered it with bedding, They called us before we left town.. That thoughtfulness saved us $50 and a lot of aggravation. Thanks for doing more than just your job.

Nice weekend getaway

This house is updated and has plenty of space for an enjoyable weekend getaway. Our kids loved the bunk beds. The house is walking distance to the boat dock and a nice walk to the restaurants. Zipz was the best place we eat at. The kitchen is large engough to cook amazing meals! Even thou it's on the main road it's very quiet inside the house. The views of the lake are nice from those bedrooms.

Family reunion

This home was perfect for our families needs. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the space this home provided. The biggest plus for us was the fact that every bedroom has its own bathroom. This allowed for each family to have privacy. The location is ideal for shopping at Mike’s market, walking each night for the famous raspberry milkshakes, heading to north shore for a beach day, hanging out at Bridgerland adventure park, boat rentals, and attending the Pickleville Playhouse. We loved the big windows which allowed for light to come inside with abundance. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need and there were plenty of bath towels for the entire stay. There is a TV in every room and the use of the garage is a plus. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home while we enjoyed our vacation

The View

The intense blue of Bear Lake greeted us as we ate, cooked or were in the living. The setting is beautiful! We appreciated the children's plates, bowls, cups and flatware. We appreciated extra trash bags, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. We appreciated the large pot, electric grill, storage tupperware, and pyrex cooking/serving dishes. We appreciated the recreation area upstairs and its location next to the bunkbed room. We weren't informed that lawn had been put down. If we had known that, we could have brought along a slip and slide and a badminton kit. Parking can be problematic if one has a trailer. We were wishing for a handicap bar by at least one of the tubs.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful Home. Spotlessly clean and close to the beach, grocery store and food places. It backs up to the bike/walking path which was fun. A few things to be aware of: Be extremely careful in the master shower. It has gorgeous glass tile, but is dangerously slippery! We put towels on the floor while shower as we didn’t feel safe. Also the landscape lighting made it super bright inside at night so it was difficult to sleep. The house is right on the main road so there was a lot of traffic noise. Over all we enjoyed our stay, but would have preferred a quieter location.

Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home. The location is great- close to everything in Garden City. Close to Rendezvous Beach and not so far that you can’t get to North Beach. The shower in the master bedroom did not drain, but we alerted Vacasa and hopefully that is fixed. Also, there was only 1 sharp knife. You may want to take a few if you plan on using the kitchen to prepare meals.
